The simple answer to that is coast. Most people use their cell
phones to make calls. These calls don't distinguish between long
distance or local calls. So in order to save operational cost which
are passed on to our customers we have decided not to use toll free.

The answer to that question yes. I know that you have heard all
this before form other companies but we DO value your business. We
sell our service one year at a time so in order to keep you renewing
your backup we are judged by our performance of the previous year.
So it makes sense that we take care of our customers.
